We arrived at what was supposed to be the location around 11 p.m. It was locked, a homeless guard slept outside on the sidewalk, the phone number on Expedia did not work. This place did not exist, as far as I could tell. But there was a sign.

Theres nothing unique about the property aside from the fact that its accessable. But whats frustrating is that, they did not acknowledged the agreed rate i had with Expedia and the type of accommodation i should have and in order for me to have it (twin room with 2 twin beds), i had to pay more 200php for each day i stayed and another 200php for the soiled towel.

Poor Customer Service
Posted 25 Aug 2019 on HotelsTook us a while to find it cause it was hidden under Casa Dormitel. There was no elevator and we stayed in the 3rd floor. Didn’t feel welcomed & felt that we were a burden to the staff. When we checked in, we were told that our booking was not confirmed and took a while to get the confirmation. Since we were 3 pax, told us our amenities was only good for 2 people, so only 3 towels etc. showed them what we booked for eventually realized and gave us a family room with the correct number of amenities. Anyway all was good and we just want to let it go. But when we asked for change of just one blanket cause one of my friends spilled red wine, they told us we will be charged and sheet will not be changed! 😱. I insisted again they better straighten their act. Anyway they gave one blanket. In the confirmation, amenities included water but told us it was just promo so only 1 bottle each for the first night only. They were all blaming the owner, it’s the owner’s instructions not to give water anymore, blah blah, so I decided to call the owner and she instructed the staff to give us water! 😱 Aren’t these amenities a daily part of turn down service!
Anyway wanted to let it go because of the cheap price of our stay, but the staff was just rude beyond disbelief, not appropriately dressed, very unprofessional and smokes In the premises. This is our second Red Doorz stay first one was in Singapore which was great, but unfortunately this one in Lanang gave so much red flags.

I didn't have the chance to stay with Reddoorz Lanang because of your late dissemination of my booking to them. Very dissappointed that afternoon that I'd used your website on my booking although there was an email received and text message regarding of my booking still the said office did not accomodate us and the man on duty felt really bad for us that day.
