Closed park avenue residence inn and suites

The hotel is nice, the crews are friendly and accommodating. We loved the room, we didn't expect to get a bed that could fit 5people which is very nice especially if you travel with your friends, it makes your bond more tight. Also our bathroom has a tub which makes it great because unlike other hotels with the same room rates there is no tub. We got to relax in the tub and the hot shower is superb. The room we booked didn' t come with a free breakfast but upon check in they will ask you if you want to preorder your breakfast for tomorrow, you can eat breakfast in their small pantry or have it delivered in your room(With service fee) Overall we liked our stay however the only cons are that the wifi connection is not that strong, our phone weren't able to connect good thing I brought my backup connection and also the A/C wasn't that cold, it seems like the filter isn't that clean.

The junior suite is a nice size. The tv is big compared to most Philippine hotels. I enjoyed my stay!

NOT COMFORTABLE STAY

the first room I got has a strand of hair left on its pillows (perhaps from previous occupants). i stayed 2 of their rooms and both have mosquitoes flying around. if you leave a food on the table, red ants will swarm on it in just minutes. BTW, this hotel does not have elevator. Before I check out, I was ask to pay 500pesos for staining one of their bath towels with a coffee. and from there I found out that they dont have their own laundry facility which explains the charges they placed for the stained towel and reused of pillowcases. I dont recommend this hotel at all. One thing more, I killed a crawling cockroach in the comfort room. lol

Pros: cleanliness, new, staff courtesy
Cons: double bed provision in the standard room, lakihan ng kaunti
Location: okey
the double bed provision in the standard room which is being offered in expedia that is accordingly "good for 2" doesnt really accomodate 2 comfortably. especially if the occupants are both large in size. though the inn is impressive for its cleanliness and trustworthiness of the staff, it compensates the flaws. i will still be back in the future
