In four nights of stay , there was no housekeeping at all. Leftover foods still in cabinets when checked in .towels were smelly
Not worth for the price really. Very discouraging

Excellent place to stay in and get acclimated to the city of Davao and beyond. I had an excellent stay and hospitality was beyond superb. Would recommend to anyone I know.

Dear Rodolfo, I have a private parking for the unit that you have booked. You should have communicated with me. I sent you messages prior to your arrival re check in instructions. You never responded nor acknowledged it.The apartments in Abreeza Place are individually owned and managed by owners. The guards and the Reception are just helping with the security and check-in process. They get instructions from us . we send Guest Authorization to the AdminOffice and also a copy was sent to you. If you have requested a parking, it will be noted in the Guest Authorization.

Apartment was walking distance to the mall. Except for toilet paper, no soap nor tissue were supplied during my stay.

Quite disappointed with the Golden Phoenix.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I like the accessibility of the property but the owner’s flexibility is horrible.
