Great hotel walking distance to SMU. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary shuttle to campus is very helpful. Walkable to shopping, dining, cocktails. Highly recommend!

Overall, my stay at The Beeman Hotel was great. However, the water temperature was VERY low. Even after calling maintenance, the water was very cold. We also had issues with the water pressure but not as often as the water temperature.
