We checked in our room. I tested the toilet. It did not flush properly. Immediately I went to the front desk to report the issue and asked for another room. The front desk rep said if they can send an engineer to look into it and if it’s not resolved they’ll get me another room. I said no, we have wasted too much time already. She seem reluctant to get us another room. We finally got another room and it smelled dirty upon entrance. The bath tub had a slow drain and was flooded every time we showered. These rates are astronomical for the poor conditions and service. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Overpriced. I paid $209 arlington tax and it was $250.. BREACKFAST NOT INCLUDED! I’m sticking with IHG PROPERTIES.

Amazing property, the rooms were clean, beds and pillows super comfortable. A/C worked like a charm. Will definitely be staying here more often.
