The property was nice and was conveniently located by several eating options. There is a bodega on property with drinks, snacks, etc. However, they are a bit pricey. Check in and out were quick and easy. For the most part the staff was friendly and welcoming. We asked for a refrigerator that we didn’t receive. However, when my husband brought it to their attention, the front desk clerk offered to have it sent up right away. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would stay at the NYLO again.

I had a problem with my safe that could not be resolved but it took them 2 days to figure that out. The front desk person "Jon" said that I was "Jocking " him about the issue to his coworker on the phone as he asked him to come and check it out. No one on property in the evening that can assist with a tv remote. SMH

The only downside was that our ac didn’t work when we got to the room. They fixed it quickly, but it didn’t get very cool at all. Everything else was good.

Such a nice hotel. Kinda expensive due to the “eclipse” but definitely worth it . Will come back for the right price

It was a nice experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The property is close to good restaursnts.
