Property is not up to standard for the price they are charging the value has really went down since the last time I visited back in 2022 I won’t be returning

When we checked in, the first room we were put in was completely filthy. There were dirty towels and trash all over the bathroom. The next room seemed fine until we had to call to follow up for the rollaway bed for our daughter. The phone was covered in makeup from a prior stay. After a good 45 mins they finally brought up the rollaway. The hotel overall has a nice lobby but the rest looks outdated. The room’s air conditioner barely cooled and the floors were uneven and lumpy.

Fight broke out on top floor and went on for hours. Our room smelled weird kinda like old curtains. Will not stay here again

This the second time we've stayed here and this trip was because of the great service and facility the first time. This trip was just as good if not better than the first. Definitely going to be our go to in the Dallas area.
