Staff was rude, room was dirty and mattress was very uncomfortable

The shower was not working and there was barely any running water.

Toilet clogged at check in and water was running. Breakfast is a joke! They did not have what they apparently offered except watered down juice and coffee. I did not expect housekeeping for 4 nights except towels, cups, garbage bags, coffee and toilet paper because I always clean my own room. Every time I went to the lobby for cups, coffee, etc they were out or apparently they were sending a housekeeper. I understand staff is a big impact but I was making it easy to walk all the way to the lobby several times to get minor supplies and still did not want to provide minor cups or a pack off coffee
