Considering how cold the shared areas were (hallways, elevators, etc) our room was actually really warm, so much so that we had to open the window to let the cold winter air in. Beds were a little firmer than we're used to, but comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and helped us work the laundry machines.

Sneaky pictures ad bad first impression
Posted 5 Oct 2020 on HotelsHotel was nice, but beware i purchased a room online because i seen the massage chair in the picture with the room but when i arrive they wanted extra money for it. Also you will be profiled upon entering. I came there with friends and the guy at front was telling us we couldn't park both of our cars. Why not if we both purchased different room. Stop profiling and just be nice and greet us please.
