I thought the location, service and rooms were very good. I think the only complaint is to serve better food. It’s okay or average for Vietnam but could be better to match the nice hotel and service

There are bed bugs inside our room. Absolutely horrible. We stayed at another hotel before coming and we were totally fine until we checked in. Both my wife and I were bitten in the whole body.

Perfection

The breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are gorgeous with breathtaking views. I've stayed at many nice resorts around the world, but this one is the best.
