We came in for a funeral, and when Javier, one of the managers, was checking us in, he was kind and generous. Just said the perfect things. Our room was clean and comfortable, location was great for getting on the freeway and even coffee at the McDonald's next door (don't judge!) in the morning on the way to the airport. It was a great, affordable, comfortable place. Many thanks.

There was plenty of exits but you could get out and not get back in except through the main entrance which was super inconvenient! Also parking is not free for a paying guest

Hospitality was wonderful and easy check in process. Location is perfect and close by around restaurants, bars, and other stores! Highly recommend!

The staff were so nice and accommodating, great service! And in very convenient area near South Coast, great dining options, and the freeway. Would stay again if in area.
