Reception and restaurant staff are nice and friendly. However, we experienced an unpleasant housekeeper who refused to make up the sofabed for us and give us pillows when we booked the room for four adult.

Very nice, new hotel. Breakfast a little hectic… I would give a time window for a breakfast instead of an option every half an hour.

Great location convenient to central Copenhagen. Nice rooms and big breakfasts included. Spa and pool lovely but need work on slip free flooring in pool and changing roons.

The breakfast was great. You need to schedule a time to eat using your phone, pretty simple. Loved the view from our window. Highly recommend.

No USB connection points in bedrooms
Rooftop bar closed on the first of our nights for a private event - not advertised. Embarrassed to be turned away by a grumpy staff member when we went up For a cocktail.
Breakfast very good but only 2 coffee vending machines for 100’s of diners

While not located in the direct center of Copenhagen, it's an easy walk into town if you're a walker! Great access to the waterway. The hotel was clean, and the food (breakfast and dinner) was good quality and not obscenely expensive. The fitness center was well stocked for a workout. The one recommendation I have to the hotel is to create some order with lines at reception. Many people line up to be served by the reception even though others have been waiting for longer. Recommend for a more affordable stay in Copenhagen.
