We did not stay at the Red Lion, due to the "hot tub" not working. The staff was very nice to cancel our room and advise us of another hotel that did have a hot tub.

Property was is a good location within walking distance of downtown. The Hotel itself was average with a very large room. The downfall was the hotel restaurant and bar was not open during our stay, While booking there was no notice of this or notice sent out stating this closure.

Staff was great. Check in was easy. We needed a pet friendly room, fees were reasonable. A few things could have been cleaner & better. There were items left in the fridge from previous travelers, shower curtain should have been replaced, it was ripped and barely staying in the rod.,vinyl sitting chair had many crumbs n dirt along side & under cushion.

Check in was ok, once we saw our room we decided not to stay. Very outdated with a spring mattress. Room smelled like smoke. It would not have been possible to be comfortable in that room.

Door frame had been broken like someone kicked door in .instead of replacing it was glued back together. Did not feel safe!

It is old and run down. Could use some serious upgrades for the cost of the room.
