The elevator is absolutely too slow, For one of beds, I noticed stains on the sheets, and there was a roach in my room. Nothing was done about the roach.

I was not sure what was going on when the fire alarm went off for almost an hour. It was the hardest bed I ever slept in and the refrigerator froze my food. I also don't understand why the tub is so high and nothing on the bottom to keep from slipping. The staff was nice. I feel so kind of refund of some sort should be done we had 3 rooms for 4 days and all the rooms had problems my sons was dirty!

Property was very clean, easy to check into and easy to locate. The staff on property went above and beyond, amazing customer service. The only complaint we have is the parking is terrible. The parking lot has some tight turns, and when we came back to our hotel the 2nd night, there was not a single parking spot left. The front desk worker had to move her car multiple times, from places that weren't even parking spots to let customers park. We ended up having to park right at the front door, on the sidewalk. Front desk staff, was very apologetic and so kind to us. We would still book again in the future.

We're very sorry about the parking issues, we try to alleviate some of the problem with parking passes and parking lot checks but busy nights the parking lot can be very tight. Always have trouble getting deposits refunded

The email also explains why your funds do not immediately return to your account. Please call the property if you have any further concerns or questions.

The property had a weird funky smell to it that hit you right in the face when you exited the elevator.
