Overall good experience and guy at check in was really pleasant. The room was clean but had a heavy lavender scent and carpet seems damp in certain areas. Shower walls weren’t that clean, still had soap scum.

Just stayed one night while travelling, bed too soft and the breakfast wad not too great.

The bathroom is dated and needs a coat of paint... The grouting is in bad condition... The rest of the room is good.

The room has some water damage, could barely close the bathroom door, the floor had some holes covered by carpet…

The room was very nice, I had no problems in that area. However, it was obvious that the tub had been patched for leaks around the edges multiple times and the shower head was leaking and was not adjustable as one would have expected. It may be the case where you just have to shut that room down and have the tub professionally repaired so that guests would not get the feelings that they were tossed into one of your less optimal rooms. I personally got the feeling I was given a lower standard room, possibly because of my race. I'm hoping that wasn't the case.
