Too far walk to parking for seniors

Amazing staff, Andrew at the front desk went above and beyond for our 3 night stay. The rooms are modern and nice but there is a lack of lighting in the room as well as the beds aren’t as comfy, and the bathroom is pretty small. Those are my only cons. This hotel is huge and the perfect location for concerts at Nationwide arena. The hotel cafe breakfast is really good. Great location for a nice downtown experience and it’s walkable and safe.

Refreshing and peaceful place to stay. It was clean, and I felt safe in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The only downside to the trip is that parking is less than ideal. At $26 per day it’s a bit over-the-top. The “official” lot for the hotel is a block away, and that is much less but not all travelers can walk because of disabilities, etc.
