The hotel was quiet and safe. It really needs to have some major upgrades—-it’s showing it’s age. We paid extra for this hotel thinking it was newer and so forth but it’s not We could’ve gotten a $114 hotel w the same look and age. However it was a breeze to drive off the Interstate and it’s right there. The staff was ok.
We paid for a 3 and got a 2 rated hotel essentially. Breakfast bar was actually good. I still feel like I paid too much for it @ $168 — maybe I’m expecting too much. No bedbugs thank God.

We always stay here when coming to Columbus--disappointed re: room cleaning this time only--toothpaste in sink, hair in bathtub, makeup on hand towel. Still will return but please tidy up.

We got to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Columbus, GA & they said our reservation was canceled & they did not know why! We did not cancel the reservation & we were very upset because they didn’t have any rooms available! We were in town there for. big family celebration, so we’re very mad & we had to go to a different hotel that charged us $199. a night. Please refund all of my charges as soon as possible!
