I picked this hotel because it was reasonable priced with a pool. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, I was highly annoyed to discover the pool was closed after booking 3 nights when it was the sole purpose of selecting it. The room smelled like marijuana, the toilet isn’t properly secured to the floor so it rocks, all the grills on the property are also broken so basically this hotel is for the shut in. If you’re looking to stay in your room or just sleep this will work.

Dead bug on floor when walked inb but no other bugs seen. Just everything outdated but clean. Curtain would not fully close.

The first room they put me in the door wouldn’t lock. The second room was dirty and had roaches. The staff were not courteous. When I arrived to check in the lobby was locked for an unknown reason and I had to check in from a small window.

The Front desk worker, a young woman was beyond rude and unprofessional! She has no customer service skills whatsoever! She spent more time smiling in different mens faces then paying attention to her job! I will not stay here ever again.

I liked the location reference where i had to go downtown. I didn't like the parking situation.

What I didn't like about this facility is that the rooms are outside entry. There is a big glass window and the room is dark. I saw some shady looking characters. It reminds me of hotels for people that don't have a place to stay. Not judging but when traveling alone, I didn't feel safe.

Quite but the curtains should be replaced and the ac should be Service
