They didn’t have our reservation. Ended up having to go somewhere else.

Much nicer than I had expected. Big bathroom with a huge tub. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Perfect to stay at if you’re in town to catch a show at the Blue Note.

Overall very nice hotel. Old but very updated. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

Only stairs. Elevator broke while in it and management did not care. Fell out of tub because of dangerous height. Again management did not care. The management of this hotel seems to be focused on much other things. No staff was on duty to help change sheets at 6 when my daughter got sick so I changed them. Did not offer assistance with ice or towels. Terrible experience.
