1.) So first off, management and the front desk workers who took it upon their own crappy judgement and poor work ethic give mine and my wifes room number to an individual who walked into the lobby and this person who the hotel staff was not on any of the paperwork when we checked in. They gave our check in and check out info to a person who walked in and asked for it. If you want your privacy invaded and i'm sure numerous invasions of privacy yse this hotel.

So none of our front desk clerks know what you are talking about. We do not give out any info unless it is Law Enforcement with a warrant or a Probation officer

Super unsatisfied, floors were extremely dirty and not to mention my bedsheets and pillow cases had shoe marks on them. Bathroom was disgusting and the place was just not sanitary at all.

We are sorry you were unhappy. We changed your pillow cases, when you let us know about the marks- the 2nd night. You didn't say anything else was wrong. Had you let us know , we could have made sure a housekeeper recleaned or even moved your room. We also agreed to refund the last two nights if you wanted to leave early. You stayed the total of the 4 night.

Room was dirty, comforter had burn holes in it, mold in the bathroom. Generally unclean. Pool was very dirty.

Was alright good for the price beds bit uncomfortable but again price compensates. Pool is good kids play regularly.

The floor had some mild residue. Nothing a clean mop wouldn't cure.

This property is very dirty please dont walk away from this property run!!!! Limit hot water floors and bed spread was very nasty i only stay 1 night because i had a early flight .but this is not a place i would ever stay again!!!
