The hotel had free parking, which was good. The staff were not friendly at all. The pool was empty completely. The elevators were not working properly. The floors were wet inside the and the hallways. The room was very clean and comfy, but definitely not staying in this hotel. Also they have banquets or parties on the first floor and it’s always busy.

Confusing floor layout, need to take different elevator, but was not clearly marked or explained by the front desk. Check in took long time

Laid back atmosphere. Competent and cordial staff. Sometimes hot water in the shower wasn’t forthcoming. Excellent shuttle service to the Cleveland Airport. Price for a room quite reasonable.

Sink didn't drane. Toilet didn't not flush unless you held the handle down. Rooms with loud music or TV playing late.
