They made eveything simple and were able to check us in right away, just a little early, after the great valet service made parking easy.

My wife and I went to the theater, and I loved that we were able to walk from the Hyatt. The staff were professional and friendly. I will definitely stay again when I return to Cincinnati.

This is a very old and outdated property. It may just be the vibe of the area but the hotel was very depressing and closed in. Windows in the room made it feel like a 1970’s office cubicle. Overpriced for the esthetic.

The Hyatt worked well for our girls' gettaway! Quick Uber to the casino and back. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance of the hotel.

Company chargers my card 2x for my staff not helpful at all while trying fix the matter

The facilities are too old. My first room had AC issue and the second room sink was clogged. Very disappointed.
