the linens were not changed. they smelled like drool or ass I dnt know which one and there was a cup with cigarettes outside of the first room they were trying to give me

This is not a smoke free property. The description is incorrect. Upon check in I was asked if I wanted a smoking room. I requested non smoking and the room stank of cigarettes. Its ok for the price and a short stay.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen size beds, there's no way those beds are queen. They are definitely full size, very uncomfortable bed, i spent 2 nights, the first morning I woke up, terrible back pain and my last morning was even worse and I had a 4hr trip to drive back home. The plumbing extremely noisy even my dog was getting scared. The floor in the room definitely had not been swept or mopped, very dirty. The staff was very nice though.
