The property is dated and very worn down.
I was shocked that they would allow a Westin to be this shabby.
The real issue is that they mention valet parking as an upcharge but never mentioned that it is the only parking option. No self parking... and they don't feel the need to disclose that on the listing and when I mentioned that to the front desk at check in she wasn't interested in having that conversation with us.
So, the room was $80 more a day than you plan on and it gets expensive very fast.

We had a wonderful time in Chicago! This property was located in such a great area and easy walking to all the things we wanted to do...and eat. :)
