The room was nice. I just wish all the money guests have to pay in fees that there was a place to purchase snacks on site instead of having to walk around the corner to Walgreens.

Our Guest Benefit Package includes a long list of discounted attractions all over Chicago, and every major City in the U.S. Please make sure you utilize all of these discounts. These discounts never expire, nor does the 25 per evening Dining Certificate included in the package. We do not sell snacks, and have no plans to do so, as there are many stores within a very short distance of the Hotel. Feel free to contact me with any other qiestions or concerns.

Crazy fees

She made us pay another 85$ each room total $170 which were not shown on the booking online . Made us take or cancel the booking

Additional charges is a way to attract and sell the hotel in the internet therefore in the end you are paying same or above other hotels in the neighborhood. This is something I feel should be banned.

AC Door at the bedroom completely dirty, no place to have a drink or sandwich, they charge $50 day with no choice to decline it

The Guest Benefit Packae, which is in the brochure with your drink bag, includes a wide range of discounted attractions around Chicago and every major City in the U.S. These Benefits never expire! Have you reviewed the brochure or our website to view them yet? Also included is a 25 per evening Dining Certificate, which also never expires. Please make sure you begin to utilize these Benefits! This used to be a cool place. Its gotten kinda seedy. I unknowingly paid an extra 49$ fee over expedias fee. For that i got 3 bottles of water in a wasteful bag.
Theres no lobby restauraunt or breakfast bar . It was ok not scary but the price was good even with the fee toral 100 off season . well located fir hospital and shopping. Safe neighborhood .
