The manager Hassan went above and beyond for us. He upgraded us to a sweet because the AC wasn’t great and they sent us champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a handwritten card!!!

Came into room with left over food from previous people in fridge and dirty washcloths in shower. They charge fees for everything and don’t have free breakfast. The guy at the breakfast station where you buy breakfast was also very rude. For the money you v could definitely find a better stay

Loved the concierge downstairs that helped us decide on our room. Super friendly. The room was stunning!! All around loved my stay and would reccomend anyone there 2 times over

No pool. No complimentary breakfast. $25 urban experience fee on top of $450 for an average room. Next time will be somewhere different

Great location to stay at. The river view is beautiful and good walking distance to some good restaurants. The hotel food and restaurant was nice. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel
