Check in/check out process is good. They don’t do housekeeping service for 3 days. Even asking them to move at least trash.

Hotel in a great neighborhood but does not align with the quality advertised. It is filled with old and damaged furniture and was undergoing reconstruction. Room rates were expensive for the circumstances. When complaining about the noise they denied hearing us.

Front desk does not pickup calls. No maid service during the time of stays. No fresh towels or bed sheets upon requests!

Overall, a fine stay. The hotel met our needs, but that was about it. The hotel is overall in need of a revamp. The rooms are huge which was a big plus for us since we were traveling with a toddler. Upon checking into our room, we smelled marijuana which we assumed was from the prior visitors, but when we opened a drawer we found 2 large packages of weed. We also found a (thankfully unused) condom in the nightstand drawer. The front desk staff sent someone to clean these things up, but it makes you really wonder about the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast was nice perk, but was not anything beyond average.
