Hotel is always clean and staff very friendly. Only criticism is removal of ottoman and automatic shutoff for tv. Everything else was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The building seems to be maintained fairly well. Only issue was our shower would only spray with the shower wand and the overhead shower head didn’t work. Our room was quiet and clean. Would stay here again.

The rooms are large, comfortable and gorgeous. I slept like a baby. We had a separate TV room which we loved.

I honestly will never stay at this hotel ever again. I was charged $627 TWICE when I checked in. The staff did nothing about it. Said it didnt show it in their system. I DID show them proof and they just brushed it off like it wasnt important even though that extra money they charged me was MY RENT MONEY AND THE ONLY MONEY I HAD TO EAT WHILE THERE. I went to the desk 3 times to speak to different people. No one would help me. They just didnt give a care at all. The next morning of my stay I was charged another $226!! I again went down to the desk, they did have a manager come speak to me and he said that was my charge for the first night. WHY WAS I CHARGED $627 TWICE THEN ANOTHER $226 MADE ZERO SENSE TO ME. He actually did help which I appreciated it, but I still have not gotten my $1300 back so that upset me even more. Then the day I was due to check out I was charged another $230 so I went down to the desk AGAIN and spoke with a supervisor. She said I was charged for the second night. AGAIN, WHY WAS I CHARGED $1300 MY FIRST NIGHT THEN CHARGED ANOTHER $500 FOR BOTH NIGHTS?? Nobody could explain it to me. They just acted like it was normal and wasnt important. My mom is the one recommended this place to me since she has stayed here before and she said they DID NOT do this to her. She was highly upset that they were treating me like this. I will say the room was really nice and clean. That was the only good thing about my stay. I am very disappointed in how I was treated!!
