I liked where it was in the city however because of a busy city makes you pay for daily parking yet does not have enough parking for everyone and 65 dollars and I couldn’t even park at my hotel

I booked riverside view rooms and I was assigned city view. I talked to the front desk and I was told they did not have the rooms available. When I asked for my money to be returned, they said since it was a prepaid rooms they couldn’t make a refund. Terrible customer service. I paid extra for the view and I didn’t get the problem solved.
