When we first arrived to our room the tv wasn’t working. We called and waited 45 minutes and no one ever came to fix the tv after we had called twice. We had to end up pulling the counter out and fixing the tv ourselves. The next day no one came to clean our room or replenish our towels or toilet paper. We had to call to get clean towels and toilet paper and ended up getting 4 big towels with no small face towels. The staff was nice but overall wouldn’t be my first hotel choice.

The Renaissance in Chicago O'Hare was a pleasant surprise. At first I thought I made a mistake not staying on the busy streets, but the moment I walked in I knew this was the right place. The staff was efficient and wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The room was exquisite and clean, well lit and had all amenities. The parking garage was easy to enter and ample parking available. We had a great lunch in the restaurant. I am so pleased to find this diamond in the rough. Close to the main road, close to O'Hare, close to all the restaurants and shops. A great place to stay.

I love coming to this hotel - my husband and I exclusively stay here when we go to Chicago. The staff is fantastic as well as the pool facilities and restaurant!

We reserved this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub was out of order for our duration. Disappointing, but things happen. The service was fantastic and the rooms were nice.

Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Staff was wonderful and check in was easy. The airport shuttle bus driver was exceptional!
