Love the hotel! 5/5 recommend, we got to the hotel a little bit earlier than expected and we were able to check in no issues. Room was as selected when we checked out. Loved it!

Elevators take too long. And the staff can be rude sometimes.

Bathroom was not clean there was pubic hair all over the floor and tub. There was hair on the sheets. I did complain, but they thought free breakfast was sufficient yet the food was nasty as well. McDonald’s is better compared to the food they have.

Very nice except the cleanliness of the room. Did not even provide hand soap until I asked.

Had a great time! The concierge was very helpful. The gym was exceptional. The rooms were very quiet.

Beautiful hotel loved the lobby atmosphere, bar and restaurant. Pool and gym are nice and lots of small shops. Close proximity to all sight-seeing opportunities!!
