Lots of food options in walkable distance
Even shipping store by the White Castle.
While they did not have guest laundry, the front desk called the hotel and I was given permission to use their laundry room
Cute lobby
Unfortunately it’s located on a very busy street and crossing the street requires some caution
Close to airport and fast shuttle

Property was in a convenient, safe location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with food options. The continental breakfast was good for us. The room was clean - the only issue was urine on the side of the toilet. And it took us until the last night we were there to see that the lever you turn to activate the shower was broken. The water in our showers filled up and made it seem like we were standing in bath water. I didn't report it to the staff. Overall, we would definitely stay here on our next visit to Chicago. The shuttle bus to the airport was convenient.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was less than desirable, considering that we had to pay $24 a night for parking in an unsecured lot and still had to walk a good distance to the hotel.

There were ants on window inside the room. Otherwise it was a great stay.
