Small room, phone not working, drain in bathtub and toilet not working properly. Not enough staff although they were very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

The Staff was amazing, all queries were answered and our requests were accepted. Property was well maintained and beautiful, I love the fact they carried the legacy of Cass Hotel. Breakfast was very good, my daughter loved the Pan Cakes machine pushing the small pan cakes into the plate. We will surely consider staying again.

Spend two nights with my husband and my two kids, breakfast was good, rooms are small but we don’t mind, the location was perfect for us.

I like that the location is near everything I needed such as the train, shopping and restaurants. The only issue with the stay was the door to the room was almost impossible to open or close.

I was under the impression I booked a room with two beds. My daughter and I got a very small room with a double bed. I had to get another room for myself, as, apparently there were no rooms available. $233 per room. Shame on me. I should’ve cancelled and got a bigger better room elsewhere.
