Staff not friendly room was prepaid agent had taken entire room tax off card. Will not be be staying again.

My stay was nice. Room was slightly beat up but it still was clean and quiet. Staff was nice and quick a little misinformation but there was an event going on so I know they we’re doing they’re best to be fast and efficient. Overall nice job team.

Decent stay but not a great location for small kids as the rooms are not noise proof, sirens can be heard several times during the night. Service could be speedier. Our room's console table was awkwardly far from the wall and not movable too.

Wonderful staff and property! They made sure we had a wonderful room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and her first visit to Chicago! The hotel is lovely with soectacular views. If you can reserve the panoramic corner room, I would highly recommend it!

My stay was amazing! Visited on work trip so I didn’t have time to check out the amenities, but the property and the views were unforgettable.
When I found out that my trip would have to be extended, the hotel was very gracious in accommodating my request. I will definitely be returning.
My only complaint is that the valets block the parking lot next door with their cars, eliminating the option to self park in the lot at certain times. If you use an app to prepay for parking in the lot, check the lot first.
