We enjoyed our stay- it was the first time visiting here.
The staff accommodated all of our requests. Clean, tastefully decorated, not overwhelming.
The only thing we didn't care for was the vacations solicitation in the front lobby. We came to relax and visit family, not receive a sales pitch during our stay.

The first room we stayed in did not have a properly functioning AC and we found a massive cockroach in the room. Upon discussing this with the front desk, we were immediately given a different room. The staff was very responsive, respectful, and helpful with this issue. Overall the staff were the best part of this hotel. I would hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We loved the free breakfast. If I go back I will definitely stay there again.

The best feature of this hotel is Alex! At the end of a long stressful travel day, Alex was a difference maker, without even trying. Thank you Alex, you were the blessing we needed!

Dan at the front desk was very nice. But there were no trolleys available and the walk from the parking lot was tough with all the luggage.
