Elevators not working.

Me and my partner enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, as well as the view of the city from the 14th floor. The addition of an Alexa in our room was very convenient as well.

Good location. But the property is outdated and poorly maintained. If I knew the property condition, I wouldn’t have chosen it.

Great downtown location with everything in walking distance. Funky decor, comfy bed and a neat bar onsite with friendly staff.

We arrived much earlier than expected. We ask the front staff if we could leave our luggage while we left to eat. Not only did she agree to do so, she also let us check into the room early.
