I stayed here 4 days with my mom. Not sure why but when we checked in the room smelled like cigarettes. I had to buy a candle just to help with room. I can tell the room was being redone so I was trying not to judge too much of how the condition of the room was. Only issue I had was after taking a shower the water would leak onto the carpet next to the bed so that needs to be checked out on a count of the carpet. Other than that staff was all great, price was responsible and hotel was conveniently located near everything.

Our hotel room lock and deadbolt was broken, had to put suitcases in front of door for some kind of security. Staff wasn’t helpful, breakfast was awful.

Would prefer a room that didnt have carpet on the floor. Bathroom was large and spacious. Hotel was full so parking was at a premium, i think we took the last open space.

It was very easy to get to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain from there.
