Our stay was terrible actually worse than that… room smelt like BODY ODOR, I tried to turn TV on it didn’t work, took my shoes off and the whole carpet was soaked! At this point I went downstairs she gave me ANOTHER room… it had a very small TV and 1 desk chair, the king size bed make a god awful sound every time you moved. Had whole in walls window curtains falling down and dirty doesn’t even express the shape of this whole place. To say the least NOT a good night! What I would like you to do is not only give me my money back but FIX your hotel. By the way the pictures online look NOTHING like this room, it shows walk in shower and this bathroom is a whole other story!! 😡

We had a roof over our head that was the only positive. We got to the property at around 8 o clock after being forced to be there due to our son having to go to the NICU at leviness children hospital . The young man that was working the desk dint even say good evening. We get our key card with once again the young man barely even looking at us and he hands us a keys. Doesn't say anything else . Goes back to this his phone. After we get to the room the keys don't work . Mind you we are tired we are worried about our boy and completely exhausted. We go back to the front desk where the young man barely looks away from his phone and we tell him the key card don't work. He takes the card and gives it back to us . No apologies, no were are sorry for the inconvenience. Just go back to his conversation on the phone. When we get the room the toilet had pubic hairs still on the seat and the sheats were stained and dirty but a this point we just wanted to crash. I would actively tell people to stay away from this hotel. The only positive I can say is the AC worked and we dint have to deal with that young man at the desk . Who definitely seems to be absolutely hate his job and is there collecting a paycheck. The lady that checked us out the next day had the basics of human decency and said good morning and thank you when we left .

It is an old worn out hotel. In an area that is rather high crime. But the bed was pretty new, and it has fresh paint on it. Just do not expect too much out of it.

Hotel was average but ok , the problem was not safe as 6 cars were broken in so we checked and booked another hotel.

Toilet in my bathroom went down they told me maintenance did not work weekends Sunday when I check out I see him on the elevator they switched my room but was not going to if I was staying more than the weekend due to being full nor was going to attempt to fix my toilet so I would have been in a room with a broken toilet the other room I rented had a broken chair in it upon check in I booked a total of two rooms and only the transfer room was in good conditon breakfast was ok need more than one waffle maker

My first impression of this property was seeing a truck that had been obviously broken into. After getting inside it was noticeably run down, the room was dingy with stained bedding, dirty carpet, a broken fire alarm and a broken door lock. It felt unsafe, it looked dirty and I would not recommend going here unless you had no other choice. However, the staff were pleasant.
