Hotel was needed due to missed connection at Charlotte airport. Room itself was clean. All around the hotel is awful. Half of the hotel is closed up and partly torn down.. There was no hair dryer. I would never stay there again.

The motel looks a little rough on the outside but the room was newly remodeled, very clean and modern. You can tell they’re doing a lot of work on the grounds too, so I’m sure eventually this place will be even better. I think it was great for the price. Every staff member we interacted with was very polite and helpful. It seems like a family owns the property and most of them work there. Front desk guy went above and beyond for me when I checked in. My only true complaint was the air unit in our room was did not blow cold air, only room temp fan air. We didn’t spend that much time in our rooms during our weekend stay so it was tolerable. But I did notify the desk upon checkout and he said he would let the appropriate person know. Also, the planes landing at Charlotte AP fly a bit low above the motel. I thought it was really cool to witness each time but I can see how some ppl might find the jet engine noise a bothersome at times. It did not affect my stay, personally. I would stay here again.

In process or remodeling. Looks run down on the outside. Looks undesirable. The room was completely new. Very nice inside. Need to supply incidentals for travelers without due to unexpected stays.

attendant was helpful and super nice. unfortunately, ended up with bed bug bites after only a 5 hour stay. convenient for closeness to airport and grateful for a shower and nap after a whole day of travel and delayed flights.

The front desk attendant was very rude upon arriving after midnight. I asked to be placed in a more well lit area as I was traveling alone but he was not accommodating so I took the first room available. The room looked recently updated, however the floor was very dirty as well as the towel and top blanket. I encountered an aggressive man immediately outside, other people who seemed to be living there, and tons of garbage around the property. The second night I was there involved a group of men partying in the parking lot until 4am. It was just an unsafe environment and not worth the hassle of trying to save some money on a place to lay your head and shower. DO NOT RECOMMEND, spend the extra money!

we are sorry to hear about your experience with us the two days that you stayed, I would like to offer my apologies if my night clerk was rude and unaccommodating. this is not the behavior we expect from anyone at our property. we are a very safe property and do not allow anyone to be out roaming around at any time, so we will view the cameras that are in our parking lot to see the guest you said were out till 4am and we will handle that accordingly, we are saddened that you would not recommend us for a stay but we do hope you would give us another chance to give you a better stay.

This is getting many updates and not everything is ready. But the room was very clean and nice. The bed was so comfortable. The front desk person was so helpful since I was stranded there because my connecting flight was delayed until the next day. Also itis close to the airport. I would stay there again.
