If you are wanting reliable airport transportation this is not the place for you. I called three times to try and coordinate a time for pick up. I got nowhere. I called 24 hours before to ask about the shuttle service and they just told me to call when I was outside the airport. Then I called when I was outside of the airport like I was instructed by the hotel staff and they told me someone was on their way...no one came and I ended up having to take a cab after all after waiting over an hour. When I got there I saw a clear airport shuttle service schedule that no one told me about. Although, they don't seem to follow it. The room was OK and the bed was comfortable at least. Not a queen, a double bed BTW--not a big deal. But in the middle of the night there were people partying in the parking lot and playing music incredible loud at 3am. It was not a restful night what so ever. You get what you pay for... but also, for what they said they would offer, they definitely did not deliver on it. I wouldn't return.

First off the bed is on a metal mess platform and this was awful as the middle of the bed was higher than the rest of the mattress. Only way to overcome this was to sleep on my stomach. Walls are paper thing. Neighbors fighting until 1130pm. I heard it all. They say there is breakfast but all they had was crappy coffee. Waffle thing not owning. The kitchen area was filthy. I’d never eat here.

They gave us a different room then the one we had booked. They gave us king size bed room thought we had booked 2 queen beds since we were 3 occupants and it was a terrible night sharing a bed with a teenager. They sare blaming your website and were very argumentative

It was a fine hotel for an overnight stay while we left for the airport very early in the AM. Only 2 miles from airport easy to get to
