Overall it was good. We checked in after a flight from Aruba. The shuttle picked us up pretty quickly. We needed an early shuttle back to the airport the next morning and the young girl at the front desk informed us that we would have to take the 7:30 shuttle due to the ones before that one were full. Ok fine we were definitely worried we wouldn’t make our flight if we left at 7:30. So we got up the next morning and went down an hour early to check the shuttles and were informed by the man behind the desk they don’t run shuttles at 6:30 and 7 because he leaves at 7 and there’s no one to drive it. Hmmmm it’s supposed to be 24 hours every 30 minutes I thought. Well needless to say the man was awesome!! He put out a sign and drove us to the airport and we made our flight! I didn’t get his name, but he was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Served it’s purpose. Would definitely stay again.

THE SHOWER BATHTUBE HAD A LEAK ALL NIGHT LONG, THE TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE , THE SMELL IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT GOOD.

I was given a room that hasn't been clean yet but maid service. Also it took forever to get someone to the front desk. Stay away from this place.

Towels were dirty, microwave didn’t work, furniture was stained and dirty, beds were very uncomfortable and pillow cases looked dirty.

I made a reservation for 2am to sleep until my 9am flight that morning. The reservation automatically had me down for a 3pm check in, which was useless. The issue was they wouldn't issue me a refund! They made me pay for a room i couldn't possibly use
