Staffs Need Training

Pros: New, therefore, clean!
Cons: Train the staff to understand how to work in a classy hotel like the St Regis.
Location: Subway in the basement level and shopping mall in the same building.
Elegant and new hotel. However, most of the staffs were either very cold or very awkward in the way they attend their services. They appear in need of training to work in a classy hotel such as St Regis.

시내 관광목적이 아니라면 위치도 밀리지 않는 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.
