Excellent location, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, staff was incredible especially Eva at the front desk. She went out of her way to make our experience unforgettable.

nice hotel with lots of communal space and amenities.
The room was a little small but overall excellent value.

There are many things that I like about this hotel. It is near the bus station and far from the tourist attraction.
the staff are friendly, and I like that they reach out to confirm my bookings prior to my arrival.
and definitely the view ...

Great hotel at a good price. Good location walking distance to city center and all the action. Easy friendly check in. Room was nice with balcony overlooking mountain and pool. Ski shop in hotel was a nice feature. So easy to rent equipment. Bus picks up right outside on corner. Loved the pool. Heated perfect for swimming even in winter. Hot tub could be slightly warmer but still ok. I would recommend they add another hot tub. Bar was nice with pool table etc. Would definitely recommend and I will stay again when in Chamonix.

Beautiful setting. Rooms quite small, balcony for one! Lobby etc very nice. Pool area very good. Hot tub big enough to hold 4 adults if you are chummy together! Suggest some chairs around pool. Unfortunately our room faced pool area so quite noisy at times. Room was hot in February so needed balcony door open.

Really lovely hotel , nice cosy rooms. Bar area lovely and spa and pool lovely too. Nice to walk into Chamonix and explore , only 10 minutes by foot . Thoroughly enjoyed the stay
Breakfast was lovely the only complaint is they didn’t clear the tables so had to sit on a dirty table with the last persons food and drink on every day for 3 days .
