As a night shift worker, the front of house and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and quiet as possible

Dear April, kindly stop placing false statements about your stay. After damaging bathroom dispensers and hair dyer smashed on the floor we will not accept your booking for future specially with the racist behaviour with staff at property.Thank you

The room was average, no bed lamps, and only 1 bedside table, and also the shower dripped quite badly. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The location is convenient.

Asked for a late check out of 1 hour and was told we would have to pay for it, wasn't happy about that.

Dear Angela, our timing of check-out is 10am which is clearly stated on all the booking platforms. However, we are flexible to provide 30 minutes extra without any charges, but if you ask for 12pm check-out there will be extra charges for sure. Therefore, always check the details before booking.Thanks
