“Quite an Experience”

This is a great hotel! Breakfast buffet was exception with lots of food to choose from.

We had a great stay at the Cebu Waterfront. Upon checking in, we were informed that our room had upgraded because the hotel was so full. Our room was like a home for us for three nights. The hotel staff were friendly and the area very safe. The room was huge, very clean and modern, and with a great view. The only thing that I thought was a slight negative is that the buffet lacked scrambled or fried eggs, althought it did include some interesting Korean dishes and some hot chocolate made from native cocoa that I found excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Except for the old tv, everything was perfect. by now they should have a flat screen tv installed in each room.

We were upgraded to an 'Ambassador' room upon arrival, and the hotel staff and services made me feel like an ambassador! The room was of a good size, and kept spotlessly clean throughout. The breakfast buffet was very good; in addition, the hotel boasts a number of excellent restaurants, covering cuisine from around the world. The swimming pool, complete with waterfall, is very inviting and a great spot to recover from the hustle, bustle, and heat of Cebu City. The hotel is located in Lahug, where there are restaurants aplenty (within walking distance). The hotel offers a very handy complimentary shuttle service to the major shopping centres of Ayala, and ShoeMart (SM). We'd certainly stay at the Waterfront again.

“Great Place to Stay”

Great Hotel and Great Staff! Everything was as I expected or better. The only small problem I found in the whole stay was that the hotel is only set up for credit cards and cash, does not deal with a Visa Debit card. I would recommend all my friends to stay here, and will stay here myself again on my next trip!

Food was great, Room Clean, Everything wonderful. The only negative was the laundry service-all of my whites are now yellow.

“One of the Best Hotels”

This was our second stay and it was even better because we received a room upgrade and had a nice view of the city and mountains. The free breakfast buffet at Uno's was great and kept us filled most of the day. There was easy taxi service at the front door to go to the Ayala Mall and other spots although the traffic was typically bad. There was a nice large bar in the lobby and live music every night we were there. The wi-fi internet worked well. It's reasonably priced above all.
