“Parklane comfortable,convenient and convivial”

This was my first visit to Cebu (March 2011) so it was a pleasant surprise to find that this was a well-run hotel. There was a mix-up with my booking, but that was no big problem, I receive a superior room and was happy with it. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Being close to Ayala Mall was good and that money exchange was a painless affair. Breakfast buffet had a good variety catering for european and asian clientele tastes that are accomodated. A free newspaper was hung on the door each morning which was nice as it is the small things that count as well. The only downside was that the lighting in the room was not the best during early evening. adequate, but could do with a little more forethought and planning. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to stay in. You just have to remember that it is located next to a busy roads and that there is a lot of traffic noise and hooting of horns ( a feature of Cebu that every visitor becomes acquainted with during their time here) but is bearable and the glazing on the windows seems to dull the noises from outside and the airconditioning in the room soon drowns that out, it is loud but if you are light sleeper you might find it irritation to listen to all night long. It is a clean and tidy hotel. I would make this my base for my next stay in Cebu if I can get all the dates I want next time. Well worth considering when looking for a place to stay.

Everything was perfect for our stay at Cebu Parklane. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Internet accessibliity was exceptional and the breakfast buffet was the best of any that I have experienced. We received a whole lot of value for our stay. Next door to the most popular mall in Cebu. Very safe community and security was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in comfort while in Cebu.

“Great value for money”

I spent a couple of nights at the Parklane in January with my fiancee. We had a wonderful stay. Security often helped us cross the busy road to the Ayala centre by stopping the traffic for us. Everything you need, including banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc at the Ayala centre. Buffet breakfast was of a very high standard, as were room service meals. We asked for a room at the back, with a mountain view and from our room on the 12th floor slept soundly and could not hear any of the nearby construction noise at all. Great stay and it will be our hotel of choice when staying in Cebu City in the future.

Our first time in Cebu. We were very happy with the Parklane Hotel. Staff were excellent, room was what you would expect, Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Handy to Ayala Mall. The only negative comment I would say is that like a lot of other hotels in the Philippines, they still do not have modern flat screen TV's in the rooms.

Very reasonable price hotel. My second staying there and I stayed there 10 days. Walking distance from Ayala Mall.
