Pros: Central and clean.
Cons: Airconditioner leaked .And they obviously did not know how to fix it.
hotel.close to shopping centre.Big room.staff take care of your needs.However ask for a mountain view room.Otherwise you will need ear plugs.on the traffic side.

Booked and paid for a corner room online. Was told only standard room available upon arrival at the same price. Had dinner once in the restaurant, meal could only be rated as ok, price was astronomical by Philippine standards for the quality of the meal. Swimming pool was closed for maintainence, never saw a person working on it.

Cons: Décor needs updating to a REAL 4*
Location: On business so did really have time to tour
Check in process wa quick and efficient, room looked ok , but then tv was not working, had to call to get maintenance, room décor was a little dated for a 4*rated hotel Good location for Cebu City, but room was noisy from road traffic and the view was of another building. Would stay again if only for a couple of days, couldn't stay here for a week.

Cons: mattresses and pillows and better sound insulation. You can hear a flea fart that is a block away.

We booked a night at the Cebu Parklane because of the location - you just cross the street at you're at Ayala Mall. This part did not disappoint. But the service aspect is where they failed miserably. When we arrived at 10:00am, we were told that we can only check in at 2:00pm or else we have to pay an early check-in fee of P500. We opted to wait as we had other things to do anyway. But while I was at the counter, another guest came in and the receptionist (the same one I was talking to) said that the new guest can check in at 12:00NN. What the!? Why not offer 12:00NN to me as well? Furthermore, they asked me to email them a copy of the hotel voucher - and I did so twice. When we came back later in the day to finally check in, they asked for it again! And as we were checking out the following day, they asked me to email the voucher yet another time! They couldn't be bothered to check their email first.

Pros: The rooms , Staff, Gym, Pool, Restaurants, Room service
Cons: English lessons given the number of foreigners that stay in that hotel. Its one thing to speak basic English it another thing to understand Questions
Location: The hotel is centrally location and walking distance to shops and malls which i consider important when staying in a hotel
The Hotel was centrally located the hotel staff were friendly and made the stay pleasurable however given the number of English speaking people i feel that there understanding of English is lacking. Had one very bad experience with a in house Travel consultant which i wrote down the number of days i wanted to stay in Bohol was quoted a price the agent would not accept anything but cash. However on checking out of the hotel in Bohol i was asked for an extra days accommodation. I did not appreciate this if the agent made a mistake its there problem as i would have had to compensate the client here in Australia. My only other concern was when the price of an evening meal changed without being notified prior to walking into into the Restaurant instead of finding out when receiving the bill.

getting better than my previous stay. If you are travelling out of the country and your flight is early morning of the next day, you can extend your stay for few hours for a reasonable price rather than getting the full night rate, which i like very much.
