warm lovely amenities and location-stone cold host
Posted 3 Feb 2020 on HotelsAwesome location, great kitchen...Cold prison like shower greeting each day with an ice cold shower. All requests for maintenance met with lies and excuses. Slum landlord blames tenant as problematic for insisting on hot shower.

Thank you for your comments. I think you really loved our places (1704, 1709 and 202) As you keep on staying with us. All maintenance were not lies and excuses because they checked and even charge us for fixing all your requests. Also, If I were to review your stay, You overused the unit esp with your untidiness. You left with a very dirty unit. And how come electric stove was plug near tv near the bed? Is it really to far to cook from the kitchen? Im sorry but this will be the last time I will accept you as my guest. Thank you again for your positive comments.

The bed was comfortable nice balcony
TV’s not working
Couch very uncomfortable
Pots and pans very old Teflon scratched on all pots and pans
Counter tops in bath and kitchen old hard to clean
Both bathroom and kitchen faucet leaking
Chairs on balcony very uncomfortable

Thank you for your comment. However, I would like to clear some points: First, TV is working with a tv plus and netflix. Couch is a normal couch. pots and pans with scratched because its already used by different guests. Counter top in bath and kitchen is the deliverable and we cannot do anything about it as long as it is clean. For the leaking, we didnt hear during your stay about that but we will make sure to have it check. Chairs on the balcony are normal seats also. Again, this is a condominium nothing like a hotel. We also have accommodated you on a different hotel that cost us 100 usd plus a vacant night on our place because you complaint on so many things and we even told you to just transfer yet you don't like. Again, we both learned our lesson. But please next time, book to a hotel so you won't be having so many problems on accommodations.

Confused property owner
Posted 3 Jan 2020 on HotelsOverall stay is good but the service is so disappointing. Improper relay of information from the owners & Hotels.com, The owners accepted a booking followed by an email saying the room was paid for, After my family had gone to that location the owners set an email saying the room was already occupied. They then switched the room for another unit in another building which means everyone had to get into a taxi at our own expense and go to the other location. After proceeding to the second location the owners sent a follow up email saying the first location was ready and go there. This whole process took almost 3 hours to settle. Why do they give us the run-around and waste or time and money? Its a clear case of a unit owner just wanting money instead of leaving his unit vacant and no real concern for the customer.

Roach Motel
Posted 9 Oct 2019 on HotelsShowed up only to find they had taken my credit card, but unavailable. Took hours to get switched to a lesser unit across town. Told them ok if no roaches. Said wee none. Soon as I got there majorly infested including fridge was filled with roaches!

First of all, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. 2nd, the unit that you booked is already booked by another site (I will also be making a complaint regarding this). 3rd, there may be small roaches in the unit but how come you just send this problem on the day of your check out? Wherein you also stayed more than the check out time but didnt collect any from you.
Again, we will take your comments and again thank you for staying with us.

Fantastic location, large space with great amenities, including security.
There is nearby construction works and dust tends to makes it way in but you can just call to get the cleaner to have it attended to.
