The "Luxury Condo" was not luxurious at all. It was filthy, infested with roaches, smelled like a dumpster in the hallway, the wall lamps were dangling, shower door falling off, and it was... terrible. After 3 months I finally got a refund. What a disappointment and problem getting a refund.

The Name of the Hotel was difficult to track. Please put landmarks on the description / website next time. It was generally good as the place is clean and spacious and can accommodate more than the limit.

Good location but very unorganised managment

Although I didn't really check in early, 9 pm, the place still was not ready. The front office didn't find any reservation at all, then after a long search he asked for help.. they both still couldn't find it so they called someone and was told to get me to wait until someone comes with the keys.. so 15 minutes later, someone did come with the keys so we could start on the checking procedures... i made it to my place finally, but the bed was not set... they told me to wait a little... 10 minutes later, someone came in with the sheets and the towels.. In the morning i noticed that the condo has no ocean view as the advertisement says, and that the people who got me to the condo, didn't leave me a key to the condo.... The keys arrived later and nothing about getting a condo without the view.. next day i was told the original condo is getting fixed.. The location was great, the bed nit so comfy and the pillows were in a bad shape.

COCKROACHES, I Had To Leave Early Because Of The Cockroach Infestation In The Room. Should Receive Full Refund For This Awful, Horrible Booking.
