Checking in took 45-50 mins standing on the check in area. The AC was hella hot!! Got the room around 4 pm went out 3-4 hours just to wait it cool, went back its still the same room temperature, was sweating while sleeping called, them to have ac check. It took 1-2 hours for them to decide to change my room, mind you this was already 11pm plus. Was tired sleepy, for a room that is way above the regular price. This is un excusable, was happy i only check in 2 night there….

Overall its a beautiful place, just had to say about some small detail- the floor in the shower area and bath tub needs more scrubbing the hallway carpet also had a bad smell. Which i did not expect that from a luxury hotel-
But otherwise Staff was great and bfast buffet was good too

Everything was beautiful and clean. Service A ! Rooms were fantastic. Buffet is great and restaurants in the resort are great! 10/10 no complaints and I will be staying at Fili/Nustar whenever I am in Cebu from now on.
