Amazing. We will be back.
Posted 12 Feb 2024 on HotelsThis property is beautiful and very unique. The rooms were extremely well appointed and so comfortable. Service was top notch. Location is excellent. The spa offers a Hamam body scrub service followed by massage and they were two of the most amazing spa services we have ever had. Breakfast at the restaurant was lovely. Best hotel by far during our 10 day stay in Colombia.

Almost perfect.
Posted 8 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe room was fine. The closet was weirdly small and most of the room available was for short clothes. I had to remove the umbrella to make room for my long dresses. The bed was extremely comfy and luxurious. Great bedding and soft sheets. The bath towels were a bit rough but wonderfully oversized. The bathroom was fine except for very limited storage and not enough lighting for makeup application. The additional lighted mirror was useless and just took up too much needed counter space. The overall room lighting was dim. The service from all of the staff was top notch. The decor of the hotel was gorgeous.
